BEST Plus Oral English Proficiency Test
On-Line Purchase Code Activation

Trained BEST Plus test administrators can activate computer adaptive test administrations or print-based scoring administrations 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by using your unique 5-letter Registration Key to get a Purchase Code and activate tests from your program's balance onto your computers.

You can use any computer with Internet access to get your Purchase Code, but your Registration Key must come from the computer you will be using for testing, as your Purchase Code is not validated until you type it into the red box.

You will need 3 things to login:

  • Your e-mail address (The one you wrote on your registration form)
  • Your customer number (e.g. BPDC0001)
  • Your individual password (It will initially be in the format of Letter Number Letter Number Letter – e.g. A1A1A. Click below to retrieve your password)

Please note that it may take up to ten business days for us to receive your Test Administrator Registration Form from the trainer who conducted your workshop and enter you into our test administrator database.

What is my Customer number? Your Customer number is the unique ID for your program. To get your Customer number, please contact your program director (the name of the person you wrote on your Test Administrator Registration Form).
