Scoring Method	The scoring of the SIELE is based on a points system in which each of the four tests has a test scoring of 250, and the complete test has 1000 points.There is a correspondence established between the score obtained by the candidate and the levels A1, A2, B1, B2and C1 of the CEFR.

Scoring Process	Given the nature of the different tests, the score is worked out by two distinct systems: Reading comprehension and listening comprehension, which consist of dichotomous items (with a single correct answer), are scored objectively and automatically by the system.The written and oral expression and interaction tests which consist of open-ended answer tasks, are scored by a duly qualified scorer through the use of grades.

Results Reported	Within a maximum of three weeks, candidates will receive an email notification to advise that the results are ready. At this moment, candidates can enter siele.org and go to the My Page section to review results and download a certificate or report, depending on the chosen modality.
