Test Description	The ACTFL Oral Proficiency Interview by Computer (OPIc ©) is a test which measures how well you use your language to communicate, and provides a rating by comparing your speech to the descriptions in the ACTFL Proficiency Guidelines. A background survey tells the test what to ask you about, so the test is tailored to the test-taker. During the test, you provide spoken responses to automated prompts delivered over the web.
